Shipping & Returns
SNACK LESS (www.snack-less.com) offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. For standard USPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 – 7 business days of its ship date.
After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, SNACK LESS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
We charge a flat rate $36 shipping fee for all orders outside the USA. Duties and taxes are not included.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary. International Orders are shipped via USPS.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. Duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by your country’s local carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. SNACK LESS is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.

We accept returns initiated within 30 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To complete a return, please mail your product/s to the below address:

Please make sure the return address matches the address on your order OR include your order receipt with the returned package. We are not responsible for shipping costs but we recommend that you use a trackable service and insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email when this is complete.
