We use only Medjool dates in our bars because of their high nutrition content, superior texture and amazing flavor. Medjool dates are rich in potassium (more than bananas), magnesium, B vitamins, copper, calcium, iron, zinc, and more. They are also a good source of fiber and have a low glycemic index.
